Parental Concerns
At Lidget Green Primary, we value open and positive communication with parents and believe that working together is key to supporting our children’s wellbeing, learning, and development. If you have any concerns regarding your child’s education, wellbeing, or experience at school, we encourage you to raise these with us so they can be addressed promptly and appropriately.
To ensure that concerns and complaints are managed fairly, consistently, and effectively, parents are asked to follow the Complaints Flowchart, which outlines the correct steps and points of contact. We also strongly recommend that the Complaints Policy is read in full, as this provides detailed information about procedures, timescales, and how concerns are handled at each stage.
By following the agreed process, we can work together to resolve concerns in a timely and constructive manner.
